When I circulated the judgement on Poku I also mentioned that Auxillis had several other appeals pending.
Peter Jerman, Managing Director of Principia Law, has published a note this afternoon summarising the judgement of HHJ Godsmark QC in respect of those two joined appeals – Griffiths v Rust and Anderson v Samuel Higgins. The appeals were both conceded, but the judge awarded £20,000 wasted costs orders against the defendants.
