Accident Credit Group Ltd (ACG) have launched an industry leading repair funding scheme to provide repairers with much needed cashflow during the Covid 19 pandemic.
With claim notifications still significantly down compared to pre-pandemic numbers, repair volumes across the sector remain depleted, resulting in many bodyshops operating on a reduced basis, said ACG.
A crucial challenge for repairers during this period is, and will continue to be, cash flow, an area ACH specialises in.
The brand new ACG Advance Repair Invoiced Funding product is an industry first which enables repairers to receive 40% of the authorised repair value before the repair has begun, with the balance pf the repair invoice being paid within 24 hours of repair completion.
Peter Bass, sales director at ACH said:
"In these disruptive, worrying and unprecedented times ACG wanted to ensure a repairer always has sufficient working capital to grow their business, regardless of the payment terms being offered by an increasingly diverse array of work providers. This product goes a long way to ensure that is the case.
"We've been successfully funding repair invoices for ten years, and doing so within 24 hours for the last five, so this added feature ensures we can continue to give repairers that much needed confidence to continue to trade, stay ahead of their cashflow and source parts, paint and other materials from their preferred suppliers regardless of the credit terms on offer."
