Keoghs again...

We previously reported that Keoghs had made the process of issuing applications for pre-issue disclosure part of their strategy for tackling assertions made by impecunious claimants whilst, no doubt, intending to frustrate claimant lawyers and, possibly, lay some groundwork for a future intention to test the appetite of the judiciary to stretch the interpretation of PD16.

Now and further to previous intelligence, where they have not made an application for pre-issue disclosure, we have been advised that Keoghs are making routine applications before a defence is filed to stay proceedings so that impecuniosity documents are disclosed first.
