Northern Ireland; Courts no longer convening 'in-person' hearings

In something which is clearly a function of the pressures created in the court system by the Coronavirus pandemic, the Northern Ireland Courts and Tribunal Service has announced that it will no longer convene any "in-person" hearings UNLESS either of the legal representatives consider that their case is one in which the interests of justice are not best served by a remote hearing.
