The Forum is an association of legal professionals and other entities that support the Credit-Hire industry. It does not infringe on the role of The CHO trade body in its management and support of the GTA, a protocol which we both support and commend as preferable to litigating massive claim volumes. However, not all CHOs subscribe to the GTA and many are not well-served in respect of their approach to litigation The Forum provides a mechanism to rival FOIL by uniting the Claimant litigation community and offering a coherent framework to better support those forced to litigate to recover credit hire charges.

Membership is open to solicitors and barristers and associate membership is open to credit hire operators and other professionals that engage with or supply services to the Credit Hire community.
