Contract Win

A little bittersweet this one on the basis that Honda Accident Assistance was something that Accident Exchange created about 20 years ago (Gordon Grant from CiTnow was the guy who won the account). It went away after a couple of years, not because of anything Accident Exchange did wrong, but the name clearly stuck around. Not sure who if anyone ran it in the meantime but ast forward 20 years and it’s now Auxillis:

Honda UK, which has 126 approved bodyshop sites in the UK (31 dealer-owned, 95 independent approved, ABP Yearbook figures) has announced a new accident management programme with Auxillis, working in conjunction with Honda’s nationwide network of approved bodyshops,

Part of Zigup, which includes FMG Support, Auxillis will delivers Honda UK's newly announced accident management programme, Honda Accident Assistance, from vehicle recovery to coordinating repairs and arranging suitable replacement vehicle hire.

This service is delivered by Auxillis on behalf of Honda, a trusted provider of accident aftercare solutions, said Sarah Roseblade, Head of Customer at Honda UK:
