Accident Management Survey

I know that those of you that subscribe to ABP will have probably seen this already, but their survey of Accident Management, Network Management, and Credit Hire Companies is pasted below.

 

There isn’t much explanation of the methodology used to score the various companies surveyed but I expect that it will be base dona. Mis of quality of business referred into the network, payment (value and speed) and, more generally, the quality of the commercial relationship.Unsurprisingly, perhaps, Enterprise was highly placed with almost 400 replies to the survey from which the average score was calculated. Winn Assist scored particularly well albeit with a lower population of responses. I will leave you to review the rest.

In similar vein, repairers gave their views about insurers (see table below). Again, unsurprisingly, the least favoured insurers at the bottom of the league probably match those that credit hire companies would rank as the most difficult to engage with (other phrases might be more apt).
