Action 365 Limited has gone into administration. The company was founded by Sam White in 1999 in Cheadle, Cheshire as an uninsured loss recovery agent. It is now part of the freedom Services Group Ltd, (owned by Sam White) which was ordered by the High Court to be wound up on 15 October under a petition presented by Moneysupermarket.com.

Action 365 Limited expanded to provide motor claims accident management services for insurers, brokers and hire companies. In accounts for the year to December 31 2023, Action 365 Limited reported turnover of £12.7 million, up from around £12 million a year earlier, but saw operating profits fall from approximately £3 million to £1.7 million.

Action 365 was ranked by JP Morgan as one of the top 200 female powered businesses in the UK in 2021.

Sam is an award-winning business leader having been named as a 2022 finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards and British Small Business Awards for her human-led leadership approach. She hosts her own podcast “Human Business with Sam White” where she candidly discusses the successes and failures with fellow business disruptors. She is also founder of Stella Woman and Stella Insurance Australia, a female-focused insurance business redefining how women experience financial services. Stella writes commercial motor in the UK, and in Australia operates as a digital MGA spanning motor, travel, business, and life insurance. Sam is identified at Companies House as a director of several other companies including Stella Australia Ltd, Stell Invest Ltd, Guay White Ltd, Stella Foundation CIC Ltd, and Stella Woman Ltd. It is only the latter which has any accounts filed for the 12 months to 30 June 2024. The accounts are unaudited micro-accounts, and the balance sheet reports net liabilities of £1.39m.
